Returns, exchange and refunds

You can ask for a return within 7 days of delivery.

We accept a return for:

• A wrong item
• A damaged or faulty piece
• A colour or print that is very different from the product page

We cannot accept:

• Fabric that has been cut to your length (unless it is wrong or damaged)
• Items that were washed, used or altered

How to ask: open the return request page, enter your order number and phone number, choose the reason and add photos. Tell us if the parcel was sealed when it arrived and whether you opened it, and send the video of opening the parcel to us on WhatsApp. Please keep the parcel and the item as they came.

Refund: we refund to the same payment method within 7 working days after we receive and check the item. You can choose an exchange instead.

The delivery charge you paid in advance is kept if you refuse the parcel or cancel after it is packed. It is returned if we cancel the order or if the mistake is ours.
