Privacy policy

What we keep: the name, mobile number, city and address you give when you order, your order history, and the payment screenshots you upload.

Why: to deliver your order, to tell you about it on WhatsApp, and to handle returns.

Who sees it: our team and the courier who delivers your parcel. We do not sell your details.

Payment screenshots are kept private and only the shop owner can open them.

We count visits (pages opened, device type and where a visitor came from) to improve the shop, without keeping personal details.

To see or delete your details, message us on WhatsApp.
